INDIANAPOLIS — ImageID, a developer of image recognition applications, has completed its acquisition of Wishoo, a marketing services company that provides interactive photo promotions to facilitate brand awareness. Wishoo has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of New York-based ImageID. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
