Exploding remote storage needs
24 09 2003Bullguard offers the integration of backup functionalities with an Anti Virus / Firewall product.
But 15′ minutes later, I got this M&A news in through one of my newsproviders:
“Symantec, a publicly held Cupertino, Calif.-based provider of Internet security technology, said it signed an agreement to acquire Orem, Utah-based PowerQuest, a provider of storage lifecycle automation software to businesses. Symantec valued the cash deal at $150 million and said it should be completed by the end of the year.”
I honestly think companies like NTT Verio have a bright future ahead if they adpot the right strategy.
