Analyze some stats he posted. The geographic distribution of users is intriguing compared to the one of PhotoBlog. Still the countries covered (40) is fairly low, even though the growth curves are truly amazing. Talking with Stefan on integrating Plazes on all PhotoBlog userpages, would ramp up the number of countries covered beyond 150 in no time.
