Both relatively small companies, with a very clear market focus and 100% dedication to their customers, working literally round the clock. Of course, global operators like Belgacom could integrate these services; but is there really an advantage of scaling, convergence and integration?
The future is niche and focus, customers will noodle their own best-of-breed soup.
