Theme’s second issue is a story about Celux Salon in Tokyo.
It’s a members only boutique created featuring highly exclusive items from the big luxury brands as well as lesser known designers. It’s as much a lounge as it is a shop and they aim to curate an entire lifestyle. The businessmodel is one I like. Absolutely mystical how to get in, access the site. Rumor goes that there’s a 1.000 EU joining fee and annual fee of 100 EU. Like a golf club or what. Members are given an exclusive code card that allows them access to the store, its website and its very exclusive products.
