Brazil’s real rose to a four-year high yesterday after central bank President Henrique Meirelles said he has no plans to stem the currency’s 16-month rally against the U.S. dollar. The real rose 0.7 percent to 2.2485 per dollar.

He concludes by saying: “Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed.”
“OH NO!” the President exclaims. “That’s terrible!”
His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as the President sits, head in hands.
Finally, the President looks up and asks, “How many is a brazillion?”
