Working Context

Ine’s posting on Paragraph in New York. One of the things I never got used to in Latin America and even Rio is the absolute lack of indoor infrastructure sophistication; both for work and living. People just don’t care for the context they live in. A minimalistic functional modern classy 150m2 apartment here can only belong to a millionaire. No wonder Ikea or Habitat have no branches over here. Plenty of aparthotels around, but by whiles it seems that all of them cater American sex tourists.

Indeed, what a wonderful idea: imagine having a concept like Paragraph in Rio targeted to journalists, writers, designers and freelancers in general. Just add some small modern sleeping cabinets and facilities like Milkstudios.
