Flickering screen

Computers and technology are freaking expensive in Brazil.  And yes, 4 weeks before we leave to Belgium my laptop has a flickering screen.

Buying an expiring domain name ?

I would like to buy a domain name which expires on December 22nd.  Anybody who has experience with this.  Snapenames seems to be the obvious choice.  Minimal private bid for this .com is 60US$ though.
