Moqueca
27 01 2007If anyone asks me what my favorite Brazilian dish is, I don’t doubt a second, it’s Moqueca. With an excellent Caipirinha of Caju or Lima.
Drums… Simone found all ingredients in Belgium to make Moqueca, even the dendé oil.
We only miss one of those beautiful pots from Brazil to serve it in. Anyone who’s planning to visit us from Brazil: hint.
