Metatale and real campaigns

Here’s a question for Bart of Metatale, with a real product category and for once not the Nokia 95.
Imagine: I’m the marketing manager of Philip Morris and I want to see how, through technologies, I can find new routes to consumers/markets, given the restrictive environment of the tobacco industry?

I turn to my agency and give them 2 days time to come with a report?  My agency calls Adhese, Metatale and Attentio?
I truly wonder if any of those could truly offer substance?  Would Metatale even be able to filter out Peter‘s blog for a simple campaign?
